House Calls
- The IT Guys will come to you when you schedule an in-home service appointment
- $50 for the first hour
- $25 for each additional hour
- Fee will be waived if the problem is caused by your internet service and is not related to your equipment
In-Office Repairs
- For help with computer issues that aren't related to networking issues, bring your computer, laptop, or tablet to your nearest MCTV office for service
- $25 fee for in-office repairs
- Typical repair time is about four to five business days
