House Calls
- Schedule an in-home service appointment
- $50 for the first hour
- $25 for each additional hour
- Fee will be waived if the problem is caused by the internet service provider and not your equipment
In-Office Repairs
- For help with non-networking related issues, bring your computer, laptop or tablet to an MCTV office for service
- $25 fee for in-office repairs
- Typical repair time is four to five business days
